BBQ Ribs!

Our local grocery store had spare ribs on sale this past week. Well, with several stocked in the freezer, we left one out for dinner tonight.

Hubby boiled the ribs till done, sprinkled on our favorite seasonings (cumin, garlic powder & sea salt), grilled few minutes with just the dry rub, then smoothered each set of ribs with the best bbq sauce (from Montgomery Inn the best local rib place).

The ribs were delicious, that's Audrey's huge slab pictured above (and she didn't have any left over).
