1/2 pk - 16 oz. linguine *
1 cup - frozen broccoli flowerets
2 T - butter
1 lb - boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 1/2" pieces
1 can - cream of mushroom soup **
1/2 cup - milk
1/2 cup - grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 t - black pepper
- Prepare linguine in 3 qt sauce pan. Add broccoli during last 4 minutes. Drain linguine & broccoli.
- Heat butter in 10" skillet over medium heat. Add chicken & cook until well browned, stirring often.
- Stir soup, milk, cheese, black pepper & linguine mixture into skillet. Cook until mixture is hot & bubbly. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
** - If you don't like mushrooms, replace with cream of celery
