I get organic natural raw whole flaxseed, then grind it myself. How? With a coffee grinder (one used strictly for seeds & herbs).
place the whole flaxseed into the grinder,
grind until fine,
add some in place of your flour in your dough (i.e. 1/2 c. ground flaxseed and deduct 1/2 c. flour)
Remember these (the homemade buns/rolls I made)?
Well, here is the dough with the ground flaxseed is added!
It makes everything taste better!
